Marinade for Steak

While Hubby was out today getting more nuts and such for Thanksgiving baking and cooking, he also picked up a 4-pack of steaks. We placed 2 in the freezer, and marinated the other 2. Here's what we poured together (remember, we don't usually measure!) ...

Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons balsalmic vinegar
4-5 "dashes" Mrs. Dash garlic and herb (about 2 teaspoons)
2 teaspoons dried minced garlic

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a wide thin pan or dish. Lightly whisk. Poke holes in steak with fork. Place poke-holes side down in marinade. Let rest for about 10 minutes, then poke holes in the top side, and turn over. Let rest another 10 minutes. Turn 2 more times if you'd like (I did!). Grill or broil as normal.

Delicious!

Note: we don't use salt/pepper but feel free to use as you prefer!
